Thank you for shopping with SMARTLITR. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Germany) — 18 business days — Free
  • Standard Shipping (Netherlands) — 18 business days — Free

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other factors outside our control.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package in real time.


4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the following countries: Germany and the Netherlands.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 25 days of placing your order, please contact us at support@smartlitr.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


6. Customs & Import Duties

As we ship within the European Union, orders to Germany and the Netherlands are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. All applicable VAT is included in the product price at checkout.
