SMARTLITR (we / us / our) is operated by SMARTLITR, an e-commerce store selling the Automatic Self Cleaning Cat Litter Box. For all enquiries, please contact us at support@smartlitr.com.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

As we sell to consumers in Germany and the Netherlands, nothing in this clause limits or excludes any rights you have under mandatory EU consumer protection law, including the EU Sale of Goods Directive 2019/771 and the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

7. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer based in Germany or the Netherlands, you are entitled to the following statutory rights which cannot be waived or overridden by these Terms:

  • A 14-day minimum right of withdrawal (SMARTLITR offers 30 days) — Widerrufsrecht / Herroepingsrecht
  • A 2-year statutory guarantee on all goods under EU Directive 2019/771
  • Access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  • German customers: Rights under the German Civil Code (BGB) apply
  • Netherlands customers: Rights under the Dutch Civil Code (BW) apply

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by EU consumer protection law. For customers in Germany, German law applies in addition to applicable EU law. For customers in the Netherlands, Dutch law applies in addition to applicable EU law. In all cases, you retain the full protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
